• You must be 18+ and verify your mobile number to bid or buy tickets. Sellers must verify their ID.
• Bids are binding. A winning bidder who does not pay the deposit on time may lose the lot.
• Every lot has a minimum price. An auction sells only if the highest bid reaches it. A raffle is drawn only if ticket sales reach it; otherwise all tickets are refunded in full.
• Payments are held in escrow until the buyer and seller confirm handover, or an administrator confirms it.
• Listings are reviewed before going live. We may reject or remove any listing.
• Disputes: contact us within 7 days of handover. [Dispute process to be finalised]
